Sanctuary Graduates Survey Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions
Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Sanctuary Graduates, The Union Building, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1BY ("Sanctuary Graduates", "we", "our", "us"). Our website is Sanctuary Graduates.
1. Eligibility
• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Sanctuary Graduates, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
• Complete the designated Sanctuary Graduates survey in full before [11:59pm on 31 July 2026].
• Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
• Incomplete, duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
3. The Prize
• There are three (3) prizes, each consisting of one £50 Amazon.co.uk eGift Voucher.
• The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
• If, for reasons beyond our control, the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sanctuary Graduates reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
4. Winner Selection
• Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random selection process within seven (7) days of the closing date.
• The decision of Sanctuary Graduates is final.
5. Winner Notification
• Winners will be contacted using the email address provided in the survey.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Sanctuary Graduates reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Prize Delivery
• Amazon eGift Vouchers will be sent electronically to the winner's nominated email address within 14 days of accepting the prize.
7. Personal Data
• Personal data submitted in connection with this prize draw will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw, contacting winners and delivering prizes.
• Survey responses may be analysed in aggregate and anonymised for research and reporting purposes.
• Participation in the prize draw does not automatically opt entrants into marketing communications unless they have separately provided their consent.
• Personal data will be processed in accordance with Sanctuary Graduates' Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.
8. Publicity
• Sanctuary Graduates may request permission from winners to use their first name and university (where applicable) in promotional material. No winner will be identified publicly without their consent, except where required by law.
9. Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanctuary Graduates accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to technical failures or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
10. General
• Sanctuary Graduates reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
