Delivering Quality Diverse Talent For Grad & School Leaver Schemes - Audit Scotland

Situation

Our client wanted sufficient applications to deliver on all of their hires at first time of asking for their graduate and apprentice programmes just 3 weeks before the deadline.

Action

We delivered top diverse talent by accessing all our Scottish university partnerships, academic departments, relevant Scottish societies and our database of talent.
