What is the role?

You will be at the forefront of the business, sourcing your own clients and delivering relevant candidates based on the client’s needs

You will be managing relationships with clients and candidates, building long-standing rapport and upholding the companies’ respected reputation

You will be collaborating with your colleagues to deliver to clients – sharing workloads and cross-selling is rewarded rather than discouraged

Your workload will be diverse and will include business development drives, resourcing of candidates and attracting, closing and delivering client deals
