Who is the company?

The company is one of Australia’s most exciting derivative brokers, using the market leading software, MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.

They provide a trading platform with advanced features, trading tools and everything you would need to start trading Forex and CFD.

As well as their head office in Melbourne, Australia and their growing team in London, they have offices around the globe including Bulgaria and Vietnam.

They are an energetic and young company with a start-up vibe – the CEO is only 35 years old and all owners work within the company.

What is the role?

In this role, you will be joining the Marketing Director in their Paddington office, where you will be the point of connection between Eightcap and its clients providing assistance including technical, operational and basic trading.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with the operation team to ensure any deposit reconciling items are resolved
  • Provide assistance in the implementation of new procedures and processes
  • Interacting with clients via phone, email and their live chat system to resolve issues
  • Disputes management and mediation

As you will primarily be interacting with their Chinese clients, you will be in a great position to give insights into the Chinese market and assist with their marketing there.

You will be fully trained on the various areas of the role, including a deep understanding of the business, client management, accounting functions and the finance team processes.

Who is best suited to this role?

You must be fluent in Mandarin, including reading and writing (native proficiency preferred)
