What is the role?
You will first join as a researcher – using a variety of resources (their database, LinkedIn, referrals), you will be responsible for researching, shortlisting and presenting the top talent for clients.
You will be a part of the research team, with the aim to stay on top of the candidate market, working with a range of clients in different sectors.
You will support and learn from consultants, with a clear path to becoming a consultant yourself within 18 months to 3 years of joining, depending on your own natural progression.
