What is the role?

– This graduate scheme will see you rotate around the areas of Development and Sales

– The Development Team works with contractors and developers to find sites and opportunities on which to build new homes for sale and rent, to help meet the housing needs of the County

– The role will involve liaising with many organisations including Local Authorities, Solicitors, Homes England and members of the public. It also includes project management of construction projects and defects management

– You will gain exposure to all areas of Development & Sales with lots of opportunities to discuss potential future projects
