We needed to use Sanctuary Graduates in order to give us a reach to other high calibre, fresh talent on campus, which they did through their peer to peer headhunting networks. Not only were we able to recruit excellent Tech graduates through using Sanctuary, we actually hired more than originally planned due to the calibre of who they put forward. Equally, their ability to personally engage with and mentor the candidates meant that candidates had a good understanding of our business, our programme and the offer, and have been engaged and committed to our business as a result.
