We start with a really detailed client briefing session. We really try to get under the skin of your company and scheme in order to fully understand your values, ethos and work environment as well as the motivations, specific characteristics and competencies the ideal candidates you seek. A thorough briefing leads to outstanding results.
The headhunters talk to their friends, course mates and society colleagues, recommending the role, the company and the career path in detail and explain to them why they think they are well suited to it.
Our screening team here at HQ then receives hundreds, sometimes thousands of applications from campus which they can then either pass directly into your internal system or we can screen them for you. This might take the form of a CV screen & telephone interview or it might include the entire screening process up to assessment centres. It’s up to you.

PRICING OPTIONS

Both options include all our services from attraction to screening and shortlisting.

PAY PER HIRE

We would charge a percentage of the first year basic salary for each candidate we successfully place with you. Payable upon the candidate(s) accepting an offer and commencing work with your company.

We also offer standard rebate terms up to 3 months after the start date, and there is a downwards sliding scale for multiple hires.
