The Challenge – attracting talent to nationwide locations outside London
Our client, one of the Big 4, while heavily oversubscribed with applications for many of their locations including London, were concerned that applications were slower for several specific offices, including Reading and Aberdeen.
The Solution – changing the message to suit the university location
We identified those headhunters with strong networks connected to the locations in question, as well as those at Universities situated near to those offices. They were briefed about the company, scheme and the specific location, and they spread the word to friends and peers, through departments & societies, about the opportunity and location.
The Result – 35 hires made into regional offices
We received lots of applications to each of the areas, and delivered dozens of hires. The client was delighted with our ability to help satisfy the hiring demands in each location, solving a long-running problem of theirs.
