The Challenge – attracting top technical talent into the public sector
Ofcom required graduates to join their Technologist graduate pathway. Having exhausted their traditional attraction methods, they engaged us to identify enough graduate talent to fill an assessment centre.
The Solution – use STEM campus connections to identify talent
Once fully briefed, we then passed on the person specification to our headhunters, societies and departments in the STEM area of universities nationwide. They quickly identified graduates who had the right skillset for the position, and the motivation to work in the public sector, helping Ofcom achieve their goals.
We quickly delivered a large number of relevant candidates who were screened rigorously. The best of these passed through Ofcom’s assessment process and we filled the position.
